Visma Fivaldi API supports two-way real time data transfer between Fivaldi and external systems. Typical use cases currently include:

• Importing sales orders from external systems
• Retrieving sales orders from Fivaldi’s Sales Management to external systems
• Importing and retrieving data from Fivaldi’s customer/supplier and product registers
• Importing accounting vouchers from external systems, like POS (point of sales) systems, B2C web shops, etc.
• Retrieving accounting, sales & purchase invoice data to external systems, like reporting tools
• Posting new purchase invoices to Fivaldi
• Modifying purchase invoices in Fivaldi
• Retrieving chart of accounts and dimensions data
• Importing and retrieving data from Fivaldi’s real estate registers (Fivaldi housing company details, apartment information, person information, bond information, repair information and creating consumption readings for Fivaldi consumption meter register).
